Job Title: Operations Officer

The Operations Officer would be in charge of the overall operation of the professional services firm and would be responsible for improving the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth. Define long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals, while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market trends. Ensure the organization reaches its goals and objectives related to sales productivity, profitability and industry penetration.

Skills, Know-How & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other relative course
- Experience in Professional Services
- Master’s degree in Business Management or Marketing is an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Affiliation with relevant professional body is an  advantage
